The Nitty Gritty

    DOES LUCKETTS STORE PURCHASE ITEMS (ANTIQUE OR OTHERWISE)?

    Unfortunately, we do not purchase items from the public. Our store consists of 25+ vendors, who all source their own items from different places. It is too difficult for us to arrange buying items from individual customers. If you are looking to sell, we recommend Facebook Marketplace!

    DOES LUCKETTS STORE DELIVER? 

    Yes, we make local deliveries in the D.C. area, and there is a $100 minimum charge. Deliveries typically range from $120-$250 for the first piece, and each additional piece is approximately $20 extra.     DOES LUCKETTS STORE SHIP?

    Unfortunately, we do not ship any products at this time. 

     

    HOW LONG WILL LUCKETTS STORE HOLD MY ITEMS AFTER PURCHASE? 

    Our policy is that we will hold items at no cost for up to seven days. After one week, we charge $10 per day to store your purchases here. After two weeks, your items will be removed from our "Sold" Barn and placed back on the floor for resale, and a refund will be given. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we need to ensure we can protect your purchase!

    IF I PURCHASE ONLINE, WHERE CAN I PICK UP?

    All online items purchases can be picked up during business hours (10 a.m. - 5 p.m.), seven days a week, at the Lucketts Store. If help is needed, we only have furniture movers available Thursday-Sunday.

    DOES LUCKETTS STORE TAKE RETURNS?

    All sales (online or in-person) are final, unless there is a defect or other issue with your purchase. 

    IS LUCKETTS STORE OPEN ON HOLIDAYS? 

    We are open almost every day, except for Christmas Eve (closed afternoon), Christmas Day, and Thanksgiving Day. Other than that, we are open seven days a week, 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. 

    Helpful tips:

    • Please double check your measurements with ours to make sure the piece fits your space.

    • Read the item description carefully. Every piece is different, as far as paint color, hardware, interior, etc.

    • Please keep in mind everything listed on the online store that is “vintage or antique” is in excellent condition based on its age. Items with significant wear and tear do not make it onto the online shop.
