THIS is the stuff mid-century design lovers dreams are made of! Oh yes! Introducing the Heywood Wakefield MCM Sculptura tufted vanity swivel stool! Try saying that five times fast! Heywood Wakefield Company is a LEGENDARY American furniture company which is famous for their Art Deco inspired mid-century modern furniture.
Their "Sculptura" line, introduced in 1936, featured designs characterized by light and soft contoured edges, minimalist designs, and crafted from blonde woods (like the maple used for this piece). Their stuff is now considered highly collectible and we can see why! This stool is SO adorable with a lovely rose color upholstery and maple cross leg base. AND IT SWIVELS! Sit and spin to your heart’s content!
Diameter is just about 21” and Height is 17”
