The above agrees to the following…

1. All  merchandise must be OLD…  1960’s or before.  Absolutely  no new collectibles such
    as beanie babies or nascar.  NO CRAFTS.
2. VENDOR AGREES TO SET UP RAIN OR SHINE AND REMAIN INTACT UNTIL
     CLOSING  5:00 SUNDAY.
3. Booths must be appropriately displayed.
4. Absoluteley no vehicles on fairgrounds during show hours.
5. Vendor is fully responsible for any loss or damage to vendors property.
6. Vendor is responsible for any damage to Lucketts Community  Center as a result or in
    connection with its operation.
7. Vendor agrees to provide all labor and materials necessary for displaying and moving
    merchandise to and from fair site.
8. Vendor is responsible for collecting and paying VA  Sales and use tax.
9. Indoor antique vendors may not attach anything to the center’s floors or walls.
10. Once registered, booth fee is not refundable for any reason.
11. Vendor agrees to remove all trash and merchandise at fair closing.
12. Vendor agrees to hold harmless the Lucketts Antique Fair, or County of Loudoun from
    and against any loss, expense, claims, or damages.
